Welcome fellow T-Bolts and their families!

     Fellow T-Bolts,

The new bulletin board is up and running, so is the VA-176 Reunion Association!  It is getting better by the day and the new website host, bulletin board and new creative ideas the board has come up with is paying off!!  Please use this bulleting board often and enjoy it!  This bulletin board is yours and paid for by members who donated so please indulge!  Thanks to those individuals that contributed money to keep the website going!  I think is is better than it ever was!

Have fun and stay in touch,

     AO2 Robert Wilczynski (Ski) VA-176 (1981-1986)

Re: Welcome fellow T-Bolts and their families!

    Ski,

Thanks for the response. It has been twenty years since I got out and have often wondered what happened to the T-Bolts.

I ran the AQ shop from early 81' through late 84', transfering to NAMTD1004 as an instructor for last tour before discharge.

I have searched for a few guys in the shop but haven't had much luck in reaching anyone- hopefully people will find this forum and connect.

I live in Marietta, Ga., just north of Atlanta and plan on attending the reunion in Va. Beach next year.

Any T-Bolts that read this post, please get in touch- would be great to hear from you.

Re: Welcome fellow T-Bolts and their families!

Hi Lancaster, I was a thunderbolt from 1975 to 1979. Do you know anyone in the squadron from that time? I was looking for someone the talk about old times on the USS America, the 1976 Med cruise, and the 1976 Lebanon evacuation.
Hope all is well with you and your family.

Re: Welcome fellow T-Bolts and their families!

    Ski,

The bulletin board is a great thing.  If you could change my log-in name as my last name is spelt wrong (should be Seiferd, vice Seiford).  Thanks.

My wife and I will plan on attending the reunion next year.  Should be fun for all.  I kind of lost touch after we moved back from Souda Bay this past year.  We are now back home in Green Cove Springs, Florida - enjoying retirement.

    Stay in touch.

Re: Welcome fellow T-Bolts and their families!

    Hello brother T-Bolts,

It's been along time since i've talked to any T-Bolts.  Nice to see there are a few familiar names.  I worked the line shack and AQ shop from 83-85.  Just happened upon this site, showing my kids what I did in the Navy.  If anyone wants to drop an e-mail the address is tjbpfd1@verizon.net. Love to hear from anybody.
